This employer has so much potential, the owners are all male friends, mormon, with no respect for female staff members including upper management. If you have a family, do note, there are no benefits, pay is decreased whenever they feel like changing it, hours constantly change, there are no vacation days, and they contact you after hours to yell at you. If you are from another country or ethnic, speaking your native tongue raises flags for the owners. It is stressful and micro-managed. Female staff members and management are in tears every single day.

Women are treated as second class citizens. They are paid much less, are treated like secretaries even if they are hard working, have a lot of experience and have advanced designations, like CFP. Women are not considered for promotion, challenging assignments or raises

90% of the employees at my store were women, and they were extremely friendly. They were understanding with my class schedule and lack of experience. It was the most liberal group of people I had every met in a mid-sized city.
