Overly male dominated culture of men promoting men. Company needs to do an internal evaluaon of gender equity.

February 2016

There are a lot of women in senior and executive leadership roles here, which helps promote fairness and a positive working-mom culture. Still, the urgency and fast pace of the work can make it challenging at times to pursue a healthy work-life balance.

Firm is still run by men. Maternity leave policy has been analyzed by associates but firm is dragging its feet to do anything.

PwC is a great place to advance your career, learn leadership skills, etc. Within the the advisory/consulting role, there is A LOT of travel and you will work a lot of hours. I have never felt discriminated against, PwC respects and admires women colleagues. However, work life balance could be better.

March 2015

There were few female partners at this law firm. The culture was very male dominated and women's issues were not even addressed. There was no women's initiative or other group inside the firm. Of the several law firms that I've worked at, this was the least friendly to women.
