"Women are tasked with the heaviest workload and unrecognized/unacknowledged for this. It isn't about promotions or women in positions of leadership, it's about - when there - who carries the workload without acknowledgement (which would go a long way). It's a growing organization, so it's expected to need to work hard, but when it's uneven across genders, that's a problem."
