"The people are genuine and care about seeing the company and each other succeed. NexJ recently introduced some more flexible benefits, including a parental top-up policy which has already been used by men and women. "

"The VPs are very homogeneous (white-male), lack of diversity in management therefore there is a trickle-down effect of selective hiring of similar people, rather than the best people for the job."

"The management, especially the Directors and VPs, are not supportive of the growth and future potential of employees. Managers can be heard yelling at their employees, there have even been instances of shaming people, especially employee with kids, for going home on-time rather than staying over-time. There is lack of diversity within the organization and it impacts the cultural insensitivity of its employees. The work environment is very toxic and fosters negativity among employees."
