"Flexible hours with remote work available. I have no problems working flex time when I need to take care of sick kids, Dr. appointments, things like that. Good medical benefits.
Very few women in senior leadership. Only 25% of VP and above level are women. Leadership also lacks racial/ethnic diversity and age.
Very very very poor parental leave policy - 2 weeks paid. This was recently introduced, and is just incredibly disheartening because the organization touted it for a long time.
Overall, I like the company, but it seems to be losing ground in the market. "

"Great coworkers and my immediate managers and directors are really great. I have good flexibility work hours- if I have a sick kid I can reschedule meetings with no problems. However, there is a serious lack of women in leadership at the SVP and C level. Even at the VP level, only about 30% women. Maternity and paternity leave policies are a complete joke. The company spent months touting a policy, only to roll out 2 weeks paid leave. On top of this, to take a leave of absence you must use all accrued sick and vacation time. When you come back to work, you have no leave time available, which makes taking care of sick infants impossible. "
