"Before Covid, it was hard to work from home / part time as a woman/mother - it would be detrimental to your career to do so.
They recently increased their mat leave to 4 months which is great.
Culture is pretty aggressive. There are a lot of women in positions of power but takes incredibly long time to get promoted there. You have to be a lifer or come in at a very high level. "

"I worked there for three years, and found it to be a place where there were struggles between the "old guard" who had been there forever and were lifers, versus the newer folks who wanted to make change and improve things. The pay was pretty bad across the board."
