"I saw glimpses of a really great place to work all the time. The challenge is that they weren't consistent. Some teams/departments were amazing, others were a total nightmare.
Be careful, they are not fond of brilliant women. If you are not the go along to get along type, this may not be the place for you."

"Great opportunity for contributing to a company that sponsors and supports arguably the greatest female athletes ever. Be ready for some challenging culture changes internally as the traditionally male dominated leadership learns what it means to not only speak about equality but live it as well."
