"Join the employee networks to meet other women and minorities, and spend 5% of your time networking. Nike is all about relationships (like many companies), and forging good bonds with people outside your day job is the key to mobility and new opportunities."

"The new maternity leave is good. 6-8 weeks of short term disability (8 weeks for a C-section) followed by 8 weeks of "family leave" all 100% paid. Paternity leave/leave for adoption of a child is just the 8 weeks. I feel that the policy would be great if the 16 weeks were extended to fathers and adoptive parents as well. "
