"Your talents and passion are best utilized at a different organization that actually values your contributions, is transparent, doesn't engage in toxic positivity or gas lighting, authentically supports your wellbeing outside of work, offers a more robust compensation/benefits package, and cares more about quality than quantity and profits for executives and C-level management."

"The majority of people who work here are in the coaching sector, and the rest at Headquarters. Coaches and their managers are overwhelmingly women and HQ is mostly men. HQ has much better pay scales and better benefits, making it unequitable. Many of their jobs are hired internally, making it hard for external candidates to get a foot in without being paid entry-level salaries. "
