"Networking is essential to upward growth. A hiring manager with an open position typically knows who they want before a job is posted internally so make sure you reach out to other managers before opportunities become available. "

"Be ready to challenge your colleagues (professionally & respectfully) and be ready to be challenged. This is very important in Novozymes and comes largely from the Danish culture. I really enjoy it. "
