"I worked in the office and had a good management team in both depts I was in. They were always very patient about training me and any questions I had. I even went to people outside of my dept to ask questions about things I wanted to know more about or didn't understand and I only ever had one negative experience. "

"Great benefits, but take them with a grain of salt. The politics in the work place dictates a lot of the performance and evaluations, so pregnancy/motherhood can be seen as a setback, depending on management. "

"Although I would never use the paid pregnancy leave, I am excited for Oxy's working mothers who can take advantage of this program. I hear stories all the time about how little employers offer in the way of leave for new baby care and bonding and how that affects them and their families, their income. I think Oxy is ahead of the game on this one! "
