OfferFit has not only voiced, but actioned, in promoting more inclusive hiring processes as well as propelling women in leadership positions. Our team is diverse in personas and backgrounds, including a strong LGBTQIA+ community. My voice, along with each and every individuals' at the company's, is heard -- and leaders welcome dissent and constantly create safe spaces for myself and others to challenge the status quo."

"I love working at OfferFit! Everyone is super collaborative and really smart here and it really feels like a team. I feel so supported by leadership to take stretch roles and promote my career growth. I get regular constructive feedback and coaching on what's going well and areas to work on so I always know where I stand. All my suggestions and ideas are heard and considered, and I really appreciate the space that our leadership creates for everyone to share. I have felt in previous work settings that it is always the loudest people who get the say, but here our leadership will notice if people look like they want to say something or were starting to and then make an active effort to get input from those folks. As someone who has a more laidback style and has struggled to be heard, this has been very empowering to feel seen and valued. Flexibility at OfferFit is also great. There is a lot of work to be done, but it doesn't matter when I do it as long as I get it done. People regularly block off time for personal items and it is respected. I'm sure there's a lot I'm missing but overall I love working here and there's no place I'd rather be!!"

"OfferFit is a rapidly growing startup that works hard to ensure support, community, and respect for all people, especially women. When the US Supreme Court ruling on Dobbs came out, all employees were granted impromptu PTO for the rest of the day, and policies were immediately put into place to support anyone's choices regarding reproductive healthcare. We have a newly started Women's Employee Resource Group, and are currently brainstorming how we can attract more women candidates!!!"
