"Olx Group may be great but in Pakistan, since 2020 the culture has deteriorated a lot. There have been cases of possible harassments and in general women aren't given the same professional respect as the men in the new merged company. "

"The company is committed to improving diversity and inclusion. Not perfect but it’s rewarding to know you are heard, because you can see the improvements. If you ‘fight’ for your promotions/flexibility, and have the arguments, you’ll most likely succeed. "
