"Yes, I would tell another woman to work here because I've personally grown a lot under specific managers that allowed me to do so. I've also experienced hitting a wall with managers that seem to deprioritize the growth of women on the team."

"Great culture, poor maternity/paternity leave benefits and policies. Not much women leadership presence."

"It would be a tough place to work if you have young children because of the hours, but it can be done and it is done currently. It's important to make sure you communicate well with your team so that resentment doesn't build if you have to leave for family emergencies, especially with members that may not have children. "
