"There are a lot of tech companies where you'll find misogynist bros who can't quite believe you know how to write code -- I know, I've worked at my fair share of them -- but OmniTI doesn't hire them. In part, that's because they hire better than average developers who are less threatened by competent women, but they've also made an effort to recruit more women."
