"It depends on the department you’re in. Some departments are flexible and some are not. Also within the SAME department, sub-teams May receive more flexibility than their colleagues reporting to a different manager. "

"I have witnessed some maternity and paternity leaves, as well as mothers or fathers leaving early to get their children, however in other departments this is not allowed unless the individual uses PTO. Also salary vs non-salary folks are treated differently.
Bonuses: Most people are ‘lucky’ to receive 3% but most get 1% to nothing. Very few (only males I’ve heard from) receive 10-15%. "
