"Develop some thick skin, as the several of the male executives have never worked at any other company. They are clueless and run the culture as if it’s 1980, while expecting you to be connected 24/7. There is no support for many processes locally, so you have to be staring at your emails late at night waiting for the Philippines to wake up to get things done, but you still need to be in your seat in the office 8-5 "
