"ORIX USA is a stable, well-paying organization with solid benefits and a flexible hybrid schedule, which has been great for work-life balance - especially as a parent. It’s a comfortable place to work if you're not looking to push boundaries or drive change. The culture leans heavily toward tradition and established processes, which can mean a lot of red tape and limited opportunity for influence or innovation. It’s not out of malice, it’s just the way things have always been, with some influence from the company’s Japanese parent company. If you value consistency over disruption, this could be a great fit."
