This is probably a great place to work if you are a fraternity brother coming right out of college. If you are a woman, do not expect to get promoted and expect to have your male colleagues treat you inappropriate. Some of the behavior I witnessed: *Male leaders telling women they aren't enough "of a bitch to work here" in interviews. *Male leaders making comments about a team member's penis size. *Male leaders disparaging women leaders in interviews.

See previous comments. Again - great startup environment, fun culture, more women being hired than previously, but mostly in lower level roles and not in leadership, which is all men. The company is generally not successful at nurturing its existing talent (for either gender), so pretty moderate turnover. With that being said, it's a good place to start a career or develop your skills, if you are willing to get paid less than what you would at other companies for the same job. The PTO is decent and the health insurance plans are fantastic. Though I didn't take any, maternity leave I believe is up to 12 weeks, and 8 weeks paid at 60% (not positive on this though).

    Maybe. You will definitely be underpaid for the role, but if you are wanting more experience, a learning environment, and to leverage that as a springboard to other opportunities, it could be worth it. Good culture and peer environment, leadership is a boys' club, but hiring more women as of late. They are not that successful at nurturing their existing talent, so you will see a decent amount of turnover in all departments. With that being said, again, great opportunity to learn and develop your talents if you're wanting to branch out your experience.
