"This is the kind of company where , if you are a woman with confidence and good ideas you won’t last. For some reason they laid off ALL of the women in leadership a year ago and they can’t replace them. To sit in an executive meeting of 15 men seems terrifying especially after learning that all of them just voted off all of the women that had a voice. "

"Updated parental leave is amazing; following FMLA &Short Term Disability (company pays for STD) you get 4 weeks 100% company paid for "Bonding Time". This applies not just for women but for males and parents adopting. The biggest issue for women here are promotions. We have very few women in leadership and promotions for women often appear to be based on appearance rather then merit. "
