CACI can be very generous with respect to work/life balance depending on the contract you are working. On my current contract I can very easily flex my hours around appointments and days when I need to be out of the office.

You will be judged for taking time off before childbirth and are expected to work until the moment you go into labor. Maternity leave is the bare minimum required by law, even for partners, and the culture views it as a "vacation" that you should hurry back from. Flexible hours upon return.
