"There used to be a strong culture of women in leadership, and there was work done to mentor people into promotions and leadership roles. Every single person who valued this, though, was laid off in 2020. Be cautious about working here - the supportive, team oriented culture of years past is no longer there."

"You can absolutely succeed here, but you need to advocate for yourself. There is more flexibility than is immediately apparent."

"You can take disability leave following your 16 weeks of 100% paid leave. As far as I can tell, this leave policy is one of the best out there."

"The work is exciting and allows for collaboration with coworkers all across the globe. There are loads of strong and interesting women within the company, and many female leaders. The company allows for flexibility with working remotely and alternate hours, but we do support the Live Events industry, which can require being on-call after hours, on weekends and some holidays (this doesn't apply to every role).
Patron is for equality, fairness, and creating a fun work environment and culture. They welcome feedback and questions, and offer great benefits for all employees like mental health support and good maternity leave. "

"Patron Technology provides 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents.
After that, PTO days can be used to cover additional leave time or if the employee has the Short Term Disability Plan, they can apply for additional time off using that. If approved, this overs 60% of salary for up to an additional 12 weeks.
