"It's still very male dominated and the hours can be long. They do give a decent amount of time off (PTO, sick days, floating holidays). There's also 6 weeks paid maternity leave."

"Be prepared for OT. The work is interesting and you are always learning. You need to be open to change, because SOP's and the technology is always being updated. "
