"I would tell her to stay away from this organization. They have a high turnover rate in there Revenue Cycle leadership roles, and they cannot find a VP of Revenue Cycle that stays more than 1-2 years, so direction continues to change and improvements are never made. They are very hypocritical as they tout the organization as a mission-driven workplace that has diversity and inclusion, however; what really happens is that they ignore people that are not able to perform and give everyone a pay increase and don't do performance evaluations. They hire friends and family and outsiders over experienced people within the organization especially white women. "
