    Maybe. I believe they can be better when it comes to promoting a 'family friendly' environment in the way of vacation and holidays. Perhaps be more lenient when it comes to working from home in areas where work can be done anywhere. This would help with those with families who have issues with after school care, pick-ups and other extra curricular activities.

Women have great opportunities to climb the corporate ladder and there are opportunities for mentorship from men and women in leadership positions. They have lots of room to improve family-friendly policies (flex-time, leave)
