Mos staff leadership and volunteer leadership are men. Women just are not treated with the same level of respect.

Depends on your management and how flexible and open they are to having a work-life balance. Ethics is questionable in many cases.

Don't. Sexual harrassment and misogyny are rampant. Women are not respected as more than adornments.

August 2016

Rexnord at the Corporate level is not a great place to work as a women. All your coworkers will be men, and they feel no sense of urgency to hire women or minorities. It's a total boys' club and you should be cautious if your entire department will be men.

April 2016

Parental leave could be better, though they did just implement two weeks paid for both men and women so at least that is some progress. Note that housestaff are treated very different benefit-wise than Northwestern staff. Very much depends on what program you are with and who you work with. In general, pediatrics are less family friendly and flexible, ironically.
