"Equity amongst peers, salaries, recognition, etc.. is top priority for Perspecta. It's engrained into the 14,000+ employees that work here that we are all vetted equally amongst peers, not just when we are first hired, but also during annual reviews, to ensure that, regardless of gender, race, nationality, etc.., we are equally paid across the company based on skills, total years of experience, and job performance. Equity, inclusion and diversity are keys to Perspecta's success and women make up a very large portion of the top talent, from C-level down to college graduates, within Perspecta. "

"Flexible working arrangement policies with manager approval allows women to take care of their home life and their professional life. At times there are unrealistic expectations around deadlines which adds an unnecessary burden. When this is not happening, very flexible, enjoyable place to work. Get your working arrangements in writing from the beginning so that you have it on record."

"Perspecta is growing! Developing new ERG programs, expanding our DE&I initiatives and focusing on diversity recruitment efforts are just a few ways I know Perspecta is expanding as an organization. There is strength in approachable leadership and a willingness to explore new ideas."
