"Women, beware. Teams with a female majority are treated with far less respect than others. Managers frequently speak down to or accuse women of being emotional or dramatic despite meeting expectations. Publicis has a much better reputation for treating employees well, so this is only a review of it's Performics agency."

"Equal treatment up to a certain level. Women less likely to be promoted/hired at very senior levels. "

"6-8 weeks STD @ 100%. 2 weeks gifted parental leave @ 100%. Additional time is paid vacation or unpaid.
The 2 weeks of parental leave is for women AND men.
They also offer a flexible schedule option for returning parents, upon application. Gradual return, part time, etc. "
