"My experience working here has been excellent. As an individual, I feel that my work is valued and that my voice is heard. At a team level, I feel I have an equal opportunity to take on more responsibilities.
My boss and my bosses boss are both women who I look up to professionally and otherwise. Their example is a large part of what drew me to the company, and the reason I'm still extremely excited to be working here. "

"I've had a fantastic experience working at Personal Capital thus far. At an individual level I feel supported in my work, and within my team I feel that my voice is heard and that I have an equal opportunity to take on greater responsibilities . Unique to Personal Capital compared to other jobs I've held, I also feel the work I do is truly valued by my manager and my colleagues.
My boss and my bosses boss are both women who I look up to professionally and otherwise. Tracking their careers with this company is part of what drew me in in the first place, and I haven't been disappointed with anything I've experienced yet. "

"My manager is supportive in every way imaginable. I am not micromanaged, but do have support available if/when needed. I feel trusted and encouraged to push myself professionally, knowing that someone always has my back.
Also of note - if and when I need to take time off, I get no push-back and think there is an appropriate work/life balance (instead of having a manager who invokes any kind of guilt). "
