"At least at the Midland MI facility, if you aren't one of the floor managers "boys" then you get bad hours and have to schedule your time off and vacations around theirs. Plus, the pay scale sucks. If you are a new employee, you get the new hiring wage of $13 to start - but if you've been here long term, they don't do anything for you. Some of us whom have been here 5+ years aren't even making $12 an hour yet."

"There is no "maternity leave" at this company. You must use FMLA and will get paid 8 weeks under "disability insurance". To get any more time off you must use your accrued "PTO"."
