"While you may be generally outnumbered, the vast majority of individuals are easy going to work with and management has lots of women and is able to support women that are hired."

"It is a good employer depending on the group for flexibility. However, it is a boys club and you don't see many women in leadership roles. Women are also grossly underpaid compared to men in the same role. There is no maternity leave you have to use short-term disability and supplement it with PTO"
