"no flexibility with working from home. Max 1 day a week allowed if you just had a child. Most modern companies encourage working from home as long as work gets done. The culture and thinking in this company is too backward. We have tools in place to enable better communication and attend meetings while working from home. Yet it is very much frowned upon."
