Run! They make promises and just as quickly back-peddle out of their end of the bargain. Not very promising future. It is the "Old boys network" at its best.

November 2015

Telecommute policy allows managers to determine rules for their organization. As such it is allowed and managed well in some organizations. Other organizations don't allow any telecommuting. This has created issues for me personally. There is a good mix of women in management positions and at the executive level too.
