"Progressive flexibility and work from home policies are not in place. Each department is different and nothing applies to the entire agency. I unfortunately am in a department where flexibility is kind of not there "

"Most employees are women. That said, most of the highest leadership roles are held by men. Very few women of color or queer women hold leadership positions. HR claims to hire a third party to conduct regular reviews to ensure equal pay, but the details and results of those assessments (even the name of the third party) are not available. "
