August 2017

Lots of red tape. Major diversity issues throughout the university culture, including deeply rooted issues re: race, and mixed/polarized handling of transgender issues (i.e., bathroom policies bay by building/department, neutral initiatives received negative feedback).

I would tell another woman to create her balance as the culture does not support a personal life balance.

Although in the sales department there is a limited number of females versus males (3 versus 7) there is no distinction whatsoever. Same opportunities for both.

October 2015

There are several women in leadership in the company, some of which are mothers. There is decent WFH flexibility and an OK room for pumping mothers. I think women are treated fairly here but there maternity leave is pretty average to poor.

Maybe. Maternity Benefits are pretty standard, FMLA with a combination of STD and PTO. But there are a fair amount fo women in leadership and they are flexible with working remote if your kids are sick or you just need a day at home. There is an OK breast pumping room for new moms who pump.

Corporate divisions tend to be gender-neutral. P&L divisions have a little more gender discrimination, although very subtle.
