"I don't really see any difference between how women and men are treated here. There are three women on the management team and honestly some of the most high performing employees are women. The girls are very supportive of each other it's a friendly environment. They also have a really cool flexible hours policy where there's no set times for work though it's around 8/9 - 4/5 but you can go off for a doctors appointment or to pick up something whenever you want. It's flexible and you can work from home as much as you like."
