There are benefits but the overall leadership is male. The pay is fair for my location, but any other city I would be looking to leave.

    Flexibility is dependent on your dept. The mostly female marketing team is limited in flexibility. You are treated like a receptionist.

    Maybe. Though it is not a great place for long-term employment, it is a great way to get your toes in the door of Tech and networking your way to better places.
