While there are a lot of women who work for the company, the sales and IT positions with the highest pay belong to men and it is hard for women to advance. Work life balance in many of the staffing areas is non-existent. Staff is expected to travel on Sunday and not return until Friday. Those who work from home are salaried and given unreasonable work loads that generally required 10 hours per day of work. Staff if required to use up vacation when they are unable to be placed, even though it is the responsibility of sales and management to secure staffing engagements. Employees are expected to answer email during maternity leave and family vacation. Leadership was exasperated when a a woman needing FMLA due to a breast cancer diagnosis. Family benefits are expensive with high out of pocket costs.

    Maybe. As a woman-led firm with almost no male employees, issues are less about gender and more about lifestyle choices. Women who prioritize family over 24/7 client service seem to be judged harshly by women who downplay family obligations in favor of a "client and profit is be-all end-all" attitude.

Most jobs at HQ are underpaid consultancies. You're forced to take one month off every 11 months and then get the job again. Few benefits. And it's difficult to advance. Functions on the blood and energy of young optimists, but change is very slow and bureaucracy is high.

    Maybe. Many women work there, but not as many in leadership roles. Plus most jobs are 11 month consultancies with one month forced unpaid leave to avoid having to provide benefits. It's a terrible system that makes it difficult to plan your life, or advance.

This company was founded by men, and is still a men-centered environment with all executive positions controlled by men. It is an old-school, conservtive firm where the tone is serious.

There are women working here, but there are many challenges to advancement. Upper management, especially in creative, is almost entirely male. There is definitely a boys' club vibe here, but the good news is, they are trying to address it. The President is working to implement initiatives to improve the situation. It's a slow process, but it's definitely on the radar, which is nice.
