"That there are fewer women that men, but women are incredibly valued and respected. Our COO is a strong, powerhouse of a woman with lots and lots of experience but also a willingness to learn. You would be very happy here. "

"The only thing restricting flexibility is our commitment to our clients. I understand that if we have made time commitments to our clients be it daily working hours or vacations, we need to be respectful of that, but PSL is incredibly flexible within those parameters. "
