"They love promoting men and they also start them out at a higher hourly wage. They also make the women do all the heavy lifting and taking care of the customers while the men stand with the manager and learn about what it takes to become a manager. They stand there looking at paperwork and books and get the comfy treatment while the women sweat and work they're butts off for the most rude and entitled customers. Not worth it at all. "

"if you are a female wanting full time the only departments that might give it to you would be deli or bakery departments the rest you would have to be a man. I have been fighting for 7 years to get full time."
