"No maternity leave, unless you use your vacation. It’s a conservative company so you’ll be amongst men who have that mindset. Work life balance is acted like it is supported but then they also say “business needs” when you are stressed and overwhelmed and they keep piling things on top of you. As if this multiBILLION dollar company can’t afford to employ more workers or raise our pay. "

"It fully depends on the manager!!!! It’s different at every store and in every department!! And they also switch management around like once or twice a year so it’s always changing. But some mangers are so wonderful and relate to you and care, and other really don’t give a sh*t. Department manager, and store managers. "

"They love promoting men and they also start them out at a higher hourly wage. They also make the women do all the heavy lifting and taking care of the customers while the men stand with the manager and learn about what it takes to become a manager. They stand there looking at paperwork and books and get the comfy treatment while the women sweat and work they're butts off for the most rude and entitled customers. Not worth it at all. "
