"A very empowering place for women to work. Often in meetings a room full of 10-15 people is entirely comprised of women, across every level. For several months of my employment my entire line of command was women all the way up to the CEO of CK. "

"There are a number of women in leadership positions, which is always nice to see. The highest positions, however, are still mostly held by cis men. The C-suite is a male dominated realm, though there is at least a verbal acknowledgment of trying to improve this. Additionally, I would say that the majority of women I see in leadership positions tend to be white, heterosexual, and cisgender. "
