"The organization is changing and there are a lot more women in leadership roles however it’s important to set expectations and truly understand what succession planning looks like on your team. Most teams I have encountered people have stayed in their roles for 5+ years with our consideration of a promotion or development opportunities. Although there’s change in company strategy teams are pretty static. If you’re a person who enjoys constant growth or a more dynamic work culture this may not be the place. The job you’re hired to do will be the only thing you do for years and opportunities for cross-functional team work is almost non-existent. "

"Be prepared to work in an environment where they are just starting to shift their policies to accommodate women in the workforce. There could be a lot of exciting change in the future and depending on what team you are on in the organization there are strong female role models, but as things are now, the higher up you go the more often you will be the only woman in the room. "

"Overall it's a great place to work as a woman. There's plenty of female mentorship and they have flexible working policies etc. Improvements can be made in terms of ensuring gender pay equity among minority women etc. and examining gender from an intersectional lens (minorities, disabled, LGBTQI+). Also improvements can be made in terms of ensuring more female representation in leadership senior positions, especially since the majority of the company is female. PVH should also implement a global paid parental leave policy of 14 weeks in alignment with progressive companies and international standards. Also, PVH should apply a gender lens to policy decision-making, such as the brief suspension of paid parental leave during the pandemic, and ensure that employees are adequately informed of changes in policies. (they have since reinstated the paid parental leave policy) "
