"If you are a woman who is at, or aspires to be at, a mid to senior level, I would avoid working at this firm. There are no senior women on staff at all and it’s not by mistake. While you may be treated fairly as an entry level woman and may even be promoted, you will find the glass ceiling to be low indeed. There is bias in compensation and in advancement. "
