"They don't offer paid maternity leave, they treat male employees better than female employees regarding hours and working from home, they promote men more than women. Even if a woman gets more responsibilities and a higher job title, this didn't reflect in their pay. It had to be seen as a "stepping stone", good for the experience etc. That kind of BS. "

"The CEO is a control maniac and when he got ill no one else could take the helm. the company was frozen while he was hospitalized in 2013"
