"If I need to work from home for a specific reason or have appointments all I need to do is get with my leader. As long as I'm being reasonable and work with my leadership group I can make sure I am keeping my health and life a priority. We also accrue A LOT of PTO. I will have 5 weeks of vacation this year."

"There is a lot of opportunity to share your ideas and impact the outcome. Processes are constantly changing because one person had an idea to make it better. It's also very much an open-door environment where you can interact with senior leadership regularly. "
