"Our company is very supportive of women. There are many women-specific initiatives, including a Women's Professional Network and a women in banking mentorship program.
The benefits are amazing! My well-being is important to me and our culture and benefits definitely promote work-life support. We have tuition assistance, a bring your dog to work program, paid maternity/paternity leave, wellness lounges, meditation, adoption assistance, dependent care and day-care incentives, and many more.
I am continuously inspired by the many incredible women I've met through this job!"
