"Make your value known from the very beginning. Don't start with a salary lower than you are comfortable staying at for at least a year or two. Raises come very slow. And don't let them tempt you with the "profit share". Sort of a joke... if it comes at all. "

"There were a lot of unspoken "flexibilities". Not much open dialogue about what was actually acceptable. I would have loved working more from home mostly because the work environment was very distracting with open cubes and everyone chatting among themselves, playing music, etc."
