Its a high stress, high accountability work place but the only time its flexible is when its for their own job or one of the favorite employees that have either been there for 10 plus years or have made the right connections.

When I ask for a shift change repeatedly, try to actually make it a consideration, not realize it should have been taken seriously when I resign over 6 months later.

Don’t apply. Very poor management and not enough money. In the interview they make promises they don’t keep. Huge turnover.

You will likely only get ahead if you are in one of the studios that are viewed as the most important with the studio head who actually tries to mentor and grow their team. There are only two and you don't get to pick where you are put.

March 2016

At the clinic I was in, it was run by all women and no men worked there. The male owner was very absent, which was great at times but it was clear he did not run the place, my female bosses did. I did not take maternity leave with this company but two of my coworkers did take 8-12 weeks and were very satisfied with that time.
