The New York office certainly had many women VPs and MDs, however the company has a very long way to go in terms of racial and ethnic diversity. I recall multiple meetings where I wasn't the only woman, but I was unfortunately the only woman of color in the room and I stuck out like a sore thumb. "

"In November 2019 they adjusted their Maternity leave from 8 weeks paid (and they take your vacation and sick to fill the gap if you take more) to 4 months full pay if you have been with them for more then a year (no loss of sick or vacation). Many groups have some WFH flexibility as well. It just differs between departments."
